'Lifetime' means as long as AssetForge exists. We plan indefinitely. If we ever shut down, we'll provide 6 months written notice and an archive download.
2. Personal use only
Your account is for one person. Don't share login credentials. Don't republish lessons or resources. Don't resell. We monitor unusual access patterns and terminate accounts caught sharing — without refund.
3. Income claims
We share what's worked for Mykola and what's typical. Your results depend entirely on your effort, market timing, and execution. Most students who follow the system see results in 3-6 months. Some don't. Some make far more. We make no guarantees about your specific income.

5. Updates and changes
We may add lessons, update existing content, or change pricing for new students. Existing students keep their tier and price. Material changes to terms are emailed in advance.

AssetForge is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is the amount you paid for the course.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved in Polish courts unless EU consumer law mandates otherwise.
