1. What's covered
Every tier — Apprentice, Warrior, Shogun. Add-ons (Forge Mastery, single sessions) are also fully refundable if requested before the first session is delivered.
2. How to request
Email mykola@assetacademy.dev from the email used at purchase. Include 'refund' in the subject. No form, no questionnaire, no escalation team. Just email.
3. Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3 business days. The money returns to your original payment method (Stripe processes the actual transfer — usually 5-10 business days to appear in your bank).
4. After 30 days
After 30 days from purchase, refunds are at our discretion. We rarely decline — if you've genuinely tried and the course isn't for you, we want you to be happy. But repeat refund-and-rebuy patterns are not allowed.
5. Add-on coaching
If a coaching session has been delivered (call completed), the time can't be refunded. If you've paid but not yet booked, full refund anytime.
6. Why 30 days
30 days is enough to explore your tier fully and complete at least 1-2 phases. If you need more time for a real reason, ask — we're reasonable.
